Job/Person Summary

Governors are seeking an experienced leader, with a passion for developing high quality teaching and learning to secure improved outcomes for all pupils. The Deputy Headteacher will be supporting all staff across the school, but particularly middle leaders, to improve the quality of subject and pedagogical knowledge and assessment and feedback to ensure all pupils make strong and sustained progress across the key stages. They will work with teachers to address barriers to learning, particularly for disadvantaged pupils and those with SEN, in order for all pupils to catch up.

  • Innovates to improve the quality of the curriculum to address social disadvantage and fully meet the needs of pupils with special education needs
